Registering as a regional partner institution
To deepen coordination with community physicians and support uninterrupted care for local patients, we maintain a regional partner institution registration programme. Physicians interested in registering are welcome to review the registration guidance and submit a completed application to our Regional Liaison & Medical Consultation Office.
Medical social work consultation
Our medical social workers offer consultation, from a social welfare perspective, for a range of concerns that can accompany illness, for example:
- Concern about medical or living costs
- Anxiety about life after discharge
- Questions about health insurance, pensions, or long-term care insurance
- Wanting to know about other care facilities or long-term care hospitals
- Any other psychological, financial, or social concern arising during treatment
This consultation is open to anyone and is free of charge.
