Before your visit
We are not a strictly appointment-only clinic, so walk-ins are accepted, but patients with an appointment are seen first; you may be asked to book a later date or be directed to the emergency department instead. We recommend booking ahead where possible.
If you are bringing a referral letter, please call our Regional Liaison & Medical Consultation Office before your visit.
If this is your first visit to us, you will need to register at the general reception desk on the first floor of the outpatient building.
Making an appointment
Every department accepts bookings up to two months ahead, for morning or afternoon slots, including Sunday clinics. If you already know the date you would like, we recommend booking by phone or in person as early as you can. Gynecology and Orthopedics in particular are often busy, and appointments there can book out some way ahead.

Calls are returned in the order received. Bookings for a future date are confirmed by a staff callback within three clinic days.

Phone and in-person bookings are both closed Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and public holidays.
When you visit, we recommend booking your next appointment before you leave.
Your patient ID number is needed to book, so please have it ready.
On the day
Please bring your health insurance card and your patient card or mobile patient card. A lost or forgotten patient card can be reissued for a 110 yen fee.
If this is your first visit
Please register at the general reception desk on the first floor of the outpatient building. Download and complete the treatment application and comprehensive consent form, and the personal information consent form, and bring them together with your health insurance card to the desk.
Closed days
Friday and Sunday afternoons, Saturdays, and public holidays.
On Sunday mornings, two of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics and Pediatrics see patients on a rotating weekly basis, staffed by two physicians, at the clinic.
The department on duty changes week to week, so please check the schedule and book ahead, or come to the ground-floor reception desk between 9:00 and 11:00 on the day (the appointment centre itself is closed on Sundays).

Smoking, alcohol, and mobile phones
The hospital grounds are entirely smoke-free and alcohol-free; we ask for your cooperation. The surrounding streets are also a designated non-smoking area under Suginami City rules. Mobile phones may only be used in designated payphone areas within the hospital; please refrain from using them elsewhere on the premises.
