Since it was founded in 1929, Tokyo Adventist Hospital has held to a mission of compassionate service rooted in the love of Christ, providing sincere, considerate, and person-centred care of high quality, in long service to the needs of this community. Building on that tradition, we reach out not only to physical pain and suffering but to emotional, spiritual, and social needs as well, following the example of Christ, who spent his life responding to the needs of others, and serving each person in front of us.
We try to put into practice, with everyone we are given the chance to serve, Christ's teaching: “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you” (Matthew 7:12).
“To make man whole through Christ’s love.” We serve toward the restoration of whole-person health, made possible through the love of Christ.
