For expecting mothers and fathers, covering symptoms to watch for during pregnancy, preparing for admission, and breastfeeding.
Later session (33-36 weeks)
For expecting mothers and fathers, covering labour and waters breaking, the planned epidural birth process, and cord blood.
Prenatal health guidance

Free health guidance from a midwife is available; no booking is required. Please feel free to raise any question or concern about your pregnancy.
Nutritional guidance
On a physician's referral, our dietitian provides individual nutrition counselling, for example where weight gain or blood pressure is a concern, reviewing your current diet and lifestyle and offering practical guidance.
Postnatal support
Breastfeeding consultation

Available to mothers who delivered here. Please talk to us about any breastfeeding difficulty or concern, or suspected mastitis. We review your feeding position and technique individually and offer guidance, including massage where helpful, if you have concerns such as:
- Worry that you are not producing enough milk
- Difficulty with your baby latching
- Uncertainty about whether your baby is getting enough milk
- Painfully engorged breasts
- A lump you've noticed
- A sudden fever
A break for parents
A space to talk through the worries, questions, and everyday tiredness that can come with raising a child.
Parenting classes (online)

Led by our paediatricians, a paediatric dentist, and public health nurses; especially recommended for first-time parents. Families attending our infant class can also call for phone consultation with a public health nurse any time until their baby turns one.
- Infant class: an early session (newborn to 2 months) and a later session (3 months to 1 year)
- Toddler class: ages 1 year to school age, including a dental health session
Your six-week postnatal checkup
Held at our gynecology outpatient clinic, checking recovery of the uterus and any wound healing, with follow-up postpartum care. This is also a good opportunity to ask about future pregnancy planning, contraception, or any other gynecological concern.
To book a visit, please use the form or call us. You can give up to three preferred dates, and choose from multiple time slots for each.
