Schedule during your hospital stay
Schedule during your hospital stay

Once you move to the obstetrics ward, your day generally includes a morning temperature check, feeding roughly every three hours, a doctor's rounds on weekdays, bathing guidance and formula-preparation guidance on set days, postpartum exercise you can do at your own pace, and lights out at 22:30, with two nursing rounds overnight and night feeds available on request. A separate session is arranged for your first feeding, and the nursery nurses will let you know the time.

Meals

This hospital has served a plant-based diet, with eggs and dairy added, since it was founded in 1929, believed to support both a mother's own recovery and the quality of breast milk. Some menu items may be adjusted for allergies.
