Weight Management Course

A three-session course led by a physician specialising in obesity medicine, with individual support from a dietitian and a follow-up maintenance course after completion.

About the course

Most people already know that diet and exercise are at the heart of weight management. Putting that into practice, and keeping weight off afterward, is another matter, and amid so much conflicting information it can be hard to tell what actually works from an appealing but ineffective, or even risky, shortcut.

There is a knack to it. This course aims to introduce an approach to weight management that does not mean cutting food intake to the point of harming your health, and that you can keep using on your own after the course ends, supporting a full, healthy life in body and mind. Good food, in good quantity, and a lighter approach to losing weight than you might expect.
