Health Courses

Each of us carries some responsibility for our own health. Making the most of a healthy life also calls for understanding how the body works, and using that understanding well.

We see real value in health education, from the standpoint of prevention and health promotion, and have put together a range of programmes with that in mind. We hope these programmes are useful to you, whether toward preventing illness or building on your own health, and we welcome your participation.
