Parenting classes (online)
Led by our paediatricians, a paediatric dentist, and public health nurses; especially recommended for first-time parents. Families attending our infant class can also call for phone consultation with a public health nurse any time until their baby turns one.
Infant class
An early session for newborns to 2 months, and a later session for 3 months to 1 year.
Toddler class
For ages 1 year to school age, including a dental health session.
A break for parents
A place to talk with other mothers of children the same age, more experienced mothers, and expecting mothers, with a public health nurse on hand, held online.
Led by Dr. Yoko Yagishita of our paediatrics department, together with a public health nurse.
