To See a Physician

Please call 050-1724-4885 for an appointment between 9:30 and 11:00am Monday through Friday, or come to the hospital or clinic directly to be seen at the first available opening.

You will be directed to the Emergency Room for a visit outside office hours. Sundays are for walk-in only.

Though we do have some English speaking personnel, it helps if you are accompanied by someone who can translate for you.

Schedules change from time to time. Please confirm by telephone before you travel to the hospital.

Health Insurance

If you are covered by Japanese Health Insurance, please bring the insurance card with you.

If you carry a foreign insurance and wish to use it, please request your insurance company to contact the following service for assistance before you come to the hospital or clinic.

Emergency

The emergency department for internal medicine and surgery is open 24 hours. Please telephone 03-3392-6151 before you come, as there are times when we are unable to accept patients.

Map and Directions

By train

The nearest station is Ogikubo (JC09, JB04, M01) on the JR Chuo Line or the Marunouchi subway line. Take the North Exit, then walk for 7 to 8 minutes along Church Street.

By car

Turn north at the Tokyo Eisei Hospital entrance on Ome-Kaido. This is a very narrow one-way street and is closed to traffic from 7am to 9am on weekdays because of its school-zone designation.
